This modern transformation elevates the residence through structural precision and a refined, minimalist aesthetic. By reconfiguring the outdated kitchen and by strategically relocating walk-in pantry, we achieved a seamless high-performance workflow for a client devoted to home cooking and guest entertaining.

The exterior entry was reimagined as a series of sophisticated outdoor rooms. The journey begins at the street, where a minimalist front courtyard - anchored by a sculptural tree and a tranquil water feature - establishes an immediate sense of calm, a threshold between the busy street and home interior.

The backyard design prioritizes both form and function; the outdoor kitchen was expertly resituated for compliance, while expansive lounge areas and crisp paver layout define a sleek, private sanctuary for entertaining and recharge.
