For this 1961 Normandy Park split-entry residence, we used the home's original clean lines to inspire a stunning interior evolution. Rather than expanding outward, we re-imagined the existing footprint from the entryway forward, creating an elegant, private interior courtyard feel. The main level was opened up into a sophisticated, modern family space featuring an expanded gourmet kitchen, luxury dining, and open living areas. The entire space is now visually and spatially interconnected with the surrounding landscape—blending mid-century heritage with contemporary Pacific Northwest luxury.
